Who we are

What we collect

• When you order: name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number, payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card details — payments are processed by Shopify Payments and, where used, PayPal.
• When you join THE LIST: your email address.
• When you browse: cookies and usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) via Shopify and, where enabled, Meta and Google analytics.

Why we use it

To fulfil and deliver your order, to handle returns and support, to send you drop announcements if you asked for them, and to detect fraud. Legal bases: performance of a contract (orders), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service improvement).

Who we share it with

Shopify (store and payment processing), our shipping carriers, and our email provider. Where enabled, advertising platforms receive limited event data. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing emails until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link. Write to getmeblushd@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working. Analytics and advertising cookies run only with your consent, which you can change at any time.
