REFUND POLICY
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, under EU consumer law. You do not need to give a reason.
To withdraw, write to getmeblushd@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the piece back.
Condition
The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with the care card.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of returning the item, unless it arrived faulty or incorrect — in which case we cover it. Use a tracked service. Until it reaches us, it's your responsibility.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund within 14 days to the original payment method, including the standard outbound shipping you paid. If you chose an upgraded shipping option, we refund the standard rate.
Faulty or incorrect items
State it once. Send photographs to getmeblushd@gmail.com and we'll replace or refund, and cover the return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What isn't covered
Normal wear over time. Plating wear caused by swimming, showering, perfume or abrasion — the care instructions ship in the box and are on the site.
