SHIPPING POLICY

Processing

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within that window, we will contact you and refund you in full. You will never be left waiting without being told.

Delivery

All orders ship tracked. You receive tracking the day it leaves us.

• Portugal: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch
• EU: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch
• United Kingdom and rest of world: 5 to 10 working days after dispatch

Estimates, not guarantees. Carriers and customs set their own pace.

Free tracked shipping, everywhere we ship.

Customs and duties

Orders within the EU include VAT. There is nothing further to pay.

Orders outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, may attract import VAT and a carrier handling fee on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility. For the UK this is typically 20 percent import VAT plus a handling charge. We would rather tell you that here than have it arrive as a surprise.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, write to us immediately. Before dispatch we can change it, after dispatch we cannot.
