Processing
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 48 hours. When stock is gone, Edition 01 continues made to order — production takes up to 3 weeks. The product page tells you which applies before you order.
Delivery
All orders ship tracked. You receive tracking the day it leaves us.
- Portugal: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- EU: 3–7 working days after dispatch
- United Kingdom & rest of world: 5–10 working days after dispatch
Estimates, not guarantees. Carriers and customs set their own pace.
Customs and duties
Orders within the EU include VAT; nothing further to pay. Orders outside the EU — including the United Kingdom — may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it's wrong, write to us immediately — before dispatch we can change it, after dispatch we can't.
