The agreement
By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock that is no longer available — and will refund in full if we do.
Pricing
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price at the moment you order is the price you pay.
The product
Rhodium-plated brass with AAA zircon. Zircon, not diamond — we say so plainly. Colours may vary slightly between screens and light conditions.
Editions
Pieces are released in numbered, capped batches. When an edition closes it is not reproduced or restocked.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — images, text, the BLUSHD name and marks — belongs to us. Don't reuse it commercially without permission.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. EU consumers keep the protections of their home country's mandatory consumer law and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
